Quarterly Recurring Deep Cleans

With having a corporate background we are always looking for better ways to service clients around Granbury, Stephenville, Glen Rose Texas.

One of these ways to offer a different service is by offering quarterly (once every 3 month) recurring deep cleanings.  We would give a $50 discount on each deep cleaning on homes that are less than 2500 square foot.  Which means for a home that is a $275 deep cleaning (this is a example charge) would be $225 for each cleaning!

Which means all the items on the basic cleaning list and all the items on the deep cleaning list!  Although, we do not require contracts on most cleanings we would require an agreement on 4 deep cleanings over a year span from the date of the first deep cleaning.

This is a powerful way for families to up keep their home but, do not need a weekly, every other week, or even monthly service.  However, still need a professional residential cleaning every so often.

Note: If you have a high traffic home.  Or home with more than 2 pets.  This likely would not be your best option for maintaining your home. The maximum life span of a cleaning on a high traffic home or home with several pets is about 4 weeks or less.

Basic Cleaning Items (Recurring Cleans and One Time Basics)(Offered in Twice Per Week, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly Choices)

•  Kitchen includes (cleaning counters, top of stove, behind, underneath, outside of all appliances, inside of microwave)
•  Floors (vacuuming carpeted areas, sweeping, microfiber sweep, mopping of hardwood, tile areas)
•  Bathrooms (sanitizing and cleaning of toilets, cleaning of showers and bathtubs (not re-grouting or deep grout cleaning) cleaning and shining faucets, cleaning counter tops, mirrors)(we do rotate dust baseboards in bathroom)
•  Dusting (Wet/Swiffer dusting of knick knacks, wood furniture, electronics, window seals)
•  Dusting of ceiling fan blades (rotated cleaning/done 1st clean always)
•  Empty bathroom, office, bedroom trash cans (kitchen as well provided there is a trash can outside)
•  Baseboards around toilet area  (as needed)
•  Windows Seals (rotated cleaning/done 1st clean always)

Deep Cleaning Items (One Time, Quarterly, Every 6 months, Move In/Out)

    Everything listed in Basic Cleaning

•     Wet clean baseboards
•     Dusting ceiling fan blades (must be reachable)(now rotated in regular cleans!)
•     Cleaning door frames
•     Cleaning Doors
•     Fridges will be cleaned during move in/out and deep cleans at a additional rate.
•     Clean/Oil outside of kitchen and bath room cabinets
•     Inside of Ovens at a additional rate. 

 We can create a deluxe recurring package with items of the deep cleaning rotated into your maintain cleanings.  We will just calculated the hours needed and include them in the quote. 

Note:  We no longer offer blind cleanings.

We can offer more extensive clutter removal however, it will be billed into the rate and discussed during walk throughs.  If you know your home takes 35 minutes to prepare to be cleaned then we will bill a additional 35 minutes. 

We clean entry door/back door windows on a rotated and as needed basis. 

We can do green cleanings.  Simple Green, Vinegar, All Natural Clorox products can be used for cleanings.  Except in the shower and tub where heavy duty soap scum removal is needed. 

We can do minimal clutter pickup unless it adds more than 10 minutes to a cleaning.  Or we round the charge to the next 15 minutes.

About Us

We are so excited to announce Debi Does Houses of Granbury and Stephenville Texas.  We started as a award winning service in East Texas.  Winning the Super Service Award from Angie's List for quality and customer service.  We are now bringing that quality house cleaning to the surrounding areas of Prosper.

Debi and Larry started DDH in 2011.  We are former corporate managers.  Debi working in finance and the banking loan industry.  Larry managing for Wellcare Insurance, Verizon Wireless, America Online, and Phillips Magnavox all as some form of either team or operations management.

 We know how busy it can be when you are a professional.  The 10 or 12 hour days.  The working 6 days a week.  Last thing a family wants to do is try to maintain their home.  Best to let us do that dirty work for you.
